To increase your stamina, improve overall muscle tone, strengthen your cardiovascular system, and have fun, our Group Fitness program is ideal. Our complimentary classes provide a full range of choices depending on your goals: Conditioning/Cardio, Conscious Movement, Spin, Pilates, and Aquatics classes. The Group Fitness program is great for increasing your overall fitness and health, and improving coordination and stamina for playing sports.
